A PORTSMOUTH School was set to reopen this morning after emergency roof repairs were carried out.

Manor Infant School, in Inverness Road, Buckland, was closed to pupils on Friday after water poured into classrooms.

The school, which reopened to pupils after the summer break only last week, said there had been a problem with the roof.

The school worked with Portsmouth City Council over the weekend to rectify it.
