DISABLED children from across Portsmouth were given a treat when university volunteers created a winter wonderland for them.
The students from the University of Portsmouth bought presents and had a Father Christmas on hand to give them out at a grotto they created at John Pounds Centre, in Portsea on Saturday morning.
Emily Ohlssen, president of volunteering at the student union, said: ‘It was a brilliant day.
‘The kids absolutely loved Father Christmas.
‘We had a great time making cards and other Christmassy things.’
