YOUNG performers staged a show in front of family and friends at a school.

The ACE Talent Show, was held at Park Community School in Havant and was organised by the ACE Youth Partnership and supported by Havant Borough, Hampshire County, Portsmouth City councils, and Asda in Bedhampton.

The show, now in its third year, aims to celebrate the musical and performing talents of local people.

Five schools took part in the evening’s entertainment, including Park Community, Warren Park Primary, Front Lawn Primary Academy, Sharps Copse Primary, and St Thomas More RC Primary.

Each winner was presented with a £50 Asda voucher, a medal, and certificate by Councillor Liz Fairhurst.

Sue Edgerley, Portsmouth City Council’s resident participation manager, said: ‘It was a pleasure to attend the ACE talent show once again and see so many talented young people giving their all for their local community.

‘Resident Participation are delighted to help fund this unique event.’
