STUDENTS at Highbury College are finding job hunting a breeze thanks to help from on-campus recruitment specialists.

Students looking for part-time work alongside their studies or full-time positions once they complete their qualifications can walk straight into Reed NCFE’s office at Highbury Campus and speak to a recruiter.

Rachel Oates is one of the employment brokers at Reed NCFE.

She said: ‘A real understanding of the role and doing the right kind of preparation can make job searching and going to interviews a lot less scary.

‘Highbury students are benefiting from a wider variety of roles to apply for, ensuring the correct job match is made.

‘We are also offering CV, job search and interview support so students have the right mindset to join the employment market.’

After only six weeks since starting at Highbury, the Reed NCFE team has already found part-time jobs for 10 students and full-time positions for three students.
