A SCORPION-inspired lamp, speakers shaped out of wood to resemble the Giant’s Causeway and handmade coats reflecting a range of eras all drew gasps of amazement from youngsters.

Pupils from West Hill Park School in Titchfield enjoyed a showcase of art works created by sixth-form students at Bedales School in Petersfield this week.

Richard Heathcote, art and design teacher at West Hill Park, said: ‘The children had a fantastic time. It was wonderful for them to have the opportunity to be inspired by such a high standard of art shown in a wonderful gallery space.’
