A STUDENT from The Univeristy of Portsmouth has been short-listed out of hundreds in a national competition.
Journalism student Rachael Job, 20, is in the running to win the Tina Barrett Ice Bar competition.
Singerdella, a music and entertainment website, offered ambitious journalists in the UK the chance to enter their competition for the opportunity to interview ex-S Club 7 member, Tina Barrett.
Tina has been off the scene for seven years but she has come back with a new single and album.
The entrants had to write 200 words of why they should be able to interview Tina at the Ice Bar in London.
Rachael said: ‘I really want to win as I am a massive fan of S Club 7 and I love Tina Barrett’s new single.
‘My ambition is to be a broadcast journalist and as the interview will be on camera this would be an amazing opportunity for me.’
The final stage of the competition is a public vote off.
Voting runs for the next week. To vote for Rachael visit singderella.com/Competition/fire.
