A NETBALL coach from Park Gate has won a county-wide award.

Vicky Froud, 25, was honoured as the best Participation Coach at the Hamsphire and Isle of Wight Sports Awards.

The awards were held at St Mary’s football stadium in Southampton and presented by Kris Temple from BBC South Today.

Vicky was given £250 to spend on further coaching qualifications.
