MEMBERS of the Friends of Sharps Copse School will mark its 50-year anniversary by raising as much cash as possible on a walk.

The group will celebrate the date with a walk to Southsea from the school in West Leigh, Havant.

It will happen on June 7, with 10 mums from the school doing it to raise the cash.

They will drop off their children at the school, walk to Southsea, and be back by 3pm.

Organisers are also looking for prizes for the raffle, big or small.

Celebrations at the school are to take place on Saturday, July 20 from 11am to 2pm.
