THERE will be a chance to check out emergency service vehicles old and new at Fareham’s third annual 999 Day.

The West Street precinct in Fareham will be packed with the vehicles on Saturday, October 20, from 9.30am to 4.30pm.

There will be operational, new and preserved ambulances, police cars, fire engines, along with coastguard and offshore rescue boats, allowing families to view and explore all the vehicles – and maybe even the chance to sit in the driving seat.

There will be music throughout the day provided by Baba Lee’s Lost Rhythm in the performance podium.
