A NEIGHBOUR needed to be evacuated when the house next door collapsed.
Firefighters were called out after a flat roof collapsed at a house that had been deemed a dangerous structure in Priory Road, Chichester.
A crew went out at about 1.20pm on Tuesday and made the building safe with ceiling hooks and an extension ladder.
The area was cordoned off to stop anyone getting hurt. The crew left at 2.55pm after handing the incident over to a demolition company.
