Parents expecting a baby can
sometimes be overwhelmed by the amount of advice they are given before the birth.

Now the Mamas and Papas store in Whiteley Shopping Centre will host a advice-giving session, which looks to simplify all the jargon for expectant parents.

The ‘parents-to-be’ session runs in store from 10am until midday, on Sunday, August 16.

Trained volunteers will give parents a relaxing and friendly guide to what to expect when you are expecting.

Experts will give demonstrations on anything from how to install a car seat correctly, to tips on how to find the right pushchair for your baby.

There will be healthcare professionals and volunteers from the Red Cross on hand to give vital advice on first aid for their unborn baby.

The event is free to attend but families are advised to reserve their space as there is limited availability for the two-hour session.

To book your place visit the Mamas and Papas website at mamasandpapas.com
