A FLOWER club will be making and selling daffodil posies for Mother’s Day to raise money for a good cause.

Fareham Flower Club, which has been going for 65 years, is holding its annual fundraiser at Fareham Shopping Centre on Saturday, March 29 in aid of Southampton Young Carers.

The group will be selling daffodil posies for £1 from 9am until 3.30pm on the day before Mothering Sunday.

Committee member Sandy Mitchell, said: ‘Many children come with smiling faces wanting to choose a posy for their mummy. It is a delight to see.’
