A ferry due to arrive back in Portsmouth today was delayed by maintenance work.

Brittany Ferries' ship Cap Finistere will now return at 9.14am on Friday after work has been completed in Cherbourg, France.

The crossing to Santander, in Spain, which it was scheduled to make at 9.30am this morning, was made by the ship Pont-Aven instead.
