COUNCILLOR Royston Smith has been re-elected as chairman of Hampshire Fire and Rescue Authority.

Cllr Smith has been the chairman for five years and was reappointed unanimously by fellow fire authority members last week. Cllr Keith Chapman was reappointed as vice chairman.
