FIREFIGHTERS went to the probation service building in Portsmouth after a computer caught fire.

A fire engine was called to the building, in Isambard Brunel Road, at about 7pm last night.

A computer on the ground floor was smoking after the power supply box had overheated.

One crew from Southsea quickly put out the fire and were at the scene for about 15 minutes.
