FIRE crews were called to tackle a car blaze at a roundabout.
Four firefighters from Southsea were sent out after the fire broke out in the engine compartment of a red Peugeot, which si pictured above.
No-one was hurt in the blaze, which happened at the Church Street roundabout in Landport, Portsmouth.
Firefighters spent just under half-an-hour putting the fire out after being called out to the scene shortly before 11.35am today.
A spokeswoman for Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service said: ‘It was one small car with a fire in the engine compartment.
‘One hose reel and two breathing apparatus were used.
‘One crew from Southsea was called to the scene.
‘Nobody was hurt.’
Firefighters managed to put the blaze out by about noon today.
