FIREFIGHTERS have tackled a van fire at Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth.

A team of 10 firefighters from Southsea Fire Station were called to the shopping complex at 10.02am today.

The van was on fire outside the Marks and Spencer store.

Two breathing apparatus and two hose reels were used to extinguish the fire which had severely damaged the van.

Nobody was hurt in the incident.
