FLOODING has continued to affect more people in the Fareham area as rivers swell and floodplains struggle to cope.
The worst affected area today was Titchfield, where flood water gushed through the village centre this morning.
Villagers banded together to unblock drains and gullies in The Square and on the High Street, to help the water drain away.
The nearby River Meon is at incredibly high levels and a flood warning is in place.
The Environment Agency said the properties at immediate risk include Monkey Puzzle Nursery, Scats Country store and those within Moon Side Court.
Bridge Street and Titchfield Hill have been closed.
