A former Great Britain triathlete supported young people at Releasing Potential’s mini triathlon.
Young people from the Havant-based charity started with a timed swim at Oakwood Prep School. They then continued on to Chichester RFC for the cycling and running components.
The event was for the benefit of the students, to engage them in activities and raise their fitness.
Every student who participated, whether by competing or volunteering to help at water and cycle stations, received a certificate for their achievement.
In addition, Mike Cooper who has competed at the European Championships, awarded medals at the end.
Releasing Potential has been delivering outdoor education since 2001. It provides activities in schools to help marginalised young people develop social, emotional and practical skills management.
