Hundreds of people have turned out to pay their respects to a campaigner who lost her battle with cancer.

Elizabeth Fallon became known all over the world for her ‘On the road to Recovery’ badges.

This morning, around 300 people turned out to her funeral at St Thomas the Apostle Church in Elson Lane in Gosport.

The 38-year-old, who taught languages at Bay House School, died on January 15 after a battle with breast cancer.

Tributes were read out by her father Terry Cokeley and her best friend Catherine O’Sullivan.
