A CHARITY fun day was a huge hit with families.

Let Us Play had a host of activities on Hammond Recreation Ground, in Fareham, to mark the end of summer.

The charity works with children with learning difficulties and loads of families turned up to enjoy the fun.

Sharon Wilson, whose husband is chairman of the charity, said: ‘It was a great success.

‘People from Let Us Play really worked hard and produced a fantastic day.

‘There was lots for families to do including alpacas, which were a favourite with the kids, and also face-painting which everyone loves.

‘There was also a kids’ raffle which was perfect and really very lovely.’
