A SINGER who toured the area raising cash for charity has thanked people for their donations of nearly £3,400.

Tamsin Ball, 19, visited town and city centres in Fareham, Gosport, Southsea, Portsmouth and at Gunwharf Quays, raising cash for Help for Heroes.

She travels around the country with her grandparents Josephine Heather, 75 and Maurice Heather, 72, and boyfriend Ben Keen, 20.

The singer raised £3,349 with her seven-day tour in the area.

Tamsin is a classical crossover singer, blending classical music with other genres including folk, jazz, musical theatre and contemporary music.
