Have your say

TAKE a photo of your children in scary costumes and be in with a chance to win £100 worth of vouchers.

Yesterday we launched our One Spooky Day competition to find the best scary images of boys and girls dressed in scary garb.

We now want you to send in pictures that capture Halloween.

The winner will get £100 to spend at the Family Bargains store in Fareham.

Plus there’s £50 for second place and £25 for third.

The store in West Street is the perfect place to get wigs, jewellery, torches and sweets for Halloween – all for under £1.

As well as receiving vouchers, the winner will have their photo featured in The News, along with the best of the other entries.

To enter email your favourite shot to us at onespookyday@thenews.co.uk with your name, address, a daytime telephone/mobile number, plus a description of the picture and who is in it.

If you don’t have a digital camera, you can send prints to: One Spooky Day, Priya Mistry, The News, News Centre, Hilsea, Portsmouth, PO2 9SX.

If you’ve got any video footage of the children in their costumes and out and about trick or treating, we’d love to see that as well.

The closing date for entries is midnight on Monday, November 7, 2011.

Normal News competition rules apply and the editor’s decision is final.
