ANNOYED Mike Parry

GOSPORT-based sports commentator Mike Parry has been involved in an online spat with controversial footballer Joey Barton.

Parry picked up on a tweet by the Olympique de Marseille midfielder using the word ‘mong’, which he described as ‘horribly offensive’.

The footballer replied by calling Parry a ‘salad dodger’ and using acronyms for foul language to describe him.
