Second half of Pompey game delayed

A FREE exhibition of photos that capture more than a century of Gosport's history are going on display in the town.

For the first time residents will be able to view the most complete collection of historical photos in Gosport's history.

It was started by James C. Lawrence who founded a photographic business in Gosport in 1890. Over the next 107 years, James, his sons and grandsons captured every aspect of life in the town during peacetime and war

The Lawrence Collection: A Century of Gosport in Pictures will be shown at Gosport Gallery, which is part of the Discovery Centre, from January 15. Admission is free and the gallery is open between 10am and 4pm.
