LINKING their arms as they finished the Harvey Army drew whoops and cheers from supporters at the Great South Run.
The 64-strong group, led by Luke Ashworth, 34, from Fareham, were running in memory of Luke’s son, Harvey, who died aged 11 two years ago.
It is the third time the team have run the race.
Luke said: ‘It was absolutely amazing but quite hard to keep that number of people together.
‘The end was quite emotional, running along and seeing that many Harvey faces.’
The Harvey Army raised cash for Naomi House.
