THE winner of the 2013 Best Comedy Act award were Instant Soop.

Havant theatre company SOOP’s comedy troupe came runner-up in 2011 and this time take the winner’s spot for their improv nights at local venues including The Spring and The Cellars.

Also nominated in this category were: James Alderson, Sean Collins, Joe Wells, The Raymond and Mr Timpkins Revue, and Max & Ivan.
