FAMILIES can enjoy lots of fun this half-term as a library hosts themed events.

On Thursday, Elson Library in Gosport is having an elephant-themed activity session.

There will be crafts and stories for children aged four to eight-years-old and it starts at 10.30am.

On the same day at 3.30pm the library, on Chantry Road, is having a space-themed event.

The Krafty Kids session for children aged five to 10 will see visitors making a space helmet mask, rocket mobile and space station porthole for an astronaut.

All activities are free and for more information call (023) 9252 4608.

Parents and carers are to remain in the library during these activities.
