DAREDEVILS took to the sky and raised thousands of pounds for a worthy cause.

Two Wave 105 presenters and 15 of the radio station’s listeners took part in a tandem sky dive and raised £7,000 for Wave 105 Cash for Kids, a charity for disadvantaged people under the age of 18. Andy Jackson, Wave 105’s evening presenter, said: ‘What an exhilarating experience!

‘The weather was amazing and the view from the plane was breathtaking. It really was one of the best fundraising events I have ever done for Wave 105 Cash for Kids.’
