YOUNG volunteers were invited to meet the mayor of Gosport after a busy month of working in the community.
Members of Loud and Proud, a charity group for young people in the town, were hosted by the mayor and mayoress.
It marked a busy month for the group helping out around the town. They served tea for senior citizens, helped with a school reading challenge, made cakes to raise cash for the mayor’s charities, filled shoe boxes for a rotary club appeal and dressed up to help at a Halloween event at the town’s Royal Navy Submarine Museum.
