PEOPLE who love to boogie are being urged to put on their dancing shoes to help good causes on Hayling Island.
The island’s Businessmen’s Club puts on a dinner and dance each year to raise money to keep the community minibus running.
Good causes, charities and community groups are able to use the minibus free of charge, as long as they are based on the island.
The Syd Lawrence Orchestra will be performing at Mill Rythe Holiday Village on March 24.
The ticket price of £30 includes a three-course meal with a donation going towards the minibus.
Hayling councillor, Andy Lenaghan, who belongs to the club, said: ‘It’s going to be a fabulous evening.’
