VOLUNTEERS from the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance have been travelling around the area to raise awareness.
The National Air Ambulance Week took place at the end of September. It gave the opportunity for the charity to promote all of the hard work which goes on not only during NAAW but every single day of the year.
Volunteer Alex Tredget spoke to customers at Asda in Gosport.
The Hampshire team visited areas around the county including Andover, Hedge End, Farnborough and Basingstoke.
The first nationally-co-ordinated National Air Ambulance Week in 2012 proved a focal point for charities to raise awareness and boost their fundraising.
