AN MP is supporting a health organisation’s call for awareness of heart disease.

Gosport MP Caroline Dinenage is helping the British Heart Foundation’s Ramp up the Red campaign.

She met with the organisation at its temporary shop in the Palace of Westminster on Tuesday.

And she pledged to wear something red tomorrow as part of the campaign.

She said: ‘By popping up in parliament, the British Heart Foundation has reminded us of the important role that their shops play in raising funds for life-saving research.’
