A CHILDREN’S hospice is opening its doors to the public for a summer fete and open day.

The Naomi House and Jacksplace Open Day and Fete takes place on September 15.

The hospice near Winchester looks after children from the Portsmouth area.

There are a range of activities for the day, which include pony rides, bouncy castles, a barbecue, birds of prey and dog display teams and live music.

Doors open at 11am, last entry is at 4pm. Entry costs £2 per adult, 50p for children and under-fives get in free.
