WEIGHT loss workshops are being run to help people lose weight, get fit and lead a healthier lifestyle.

Chichester District Council is running the courses at Chichester Children and Family Centre, St James’ Road, every Wednesday from 1pm and Wittering United Reformed Church Hall, Oakfield Avenue, East Wittering from February 28.

The courses cost £3.60 per week or £1 per week for those on benefits. Anyone paying for 10 weeks at the start of the course will get two weeks free.
