AMPUTEES are being offered exercise courses.

Hampsfit is a programme aimed at making everyday activities easier.

The sessions will be on Thursdays at Waterlooville Community Centre, in Asda car park, in Maurepas Way. They start on September 15, from midday to 1pm, and cost £3.50, and transport can be arranged. Call Terri Bryant on (023) 9224 1764 or 07854 848201.
