THE family of Jack Robinson is planning a big send-off for their son.

Terence, 47, and Marie 41, said they have organised a ‘unique’ funeral to say goodbye to four-year-old Jack.

The youngster of Denmead lost his battle to an inoperable brain tumour last week.

He passed away peacefully at his home in Bere Road surrounded by his family.

And it’s from his home that the family will start a procession to All Saints’ Church, in Hambledon Road, which is where the funeral is being held, on Thursday, April 10.

At 12.30pm, friends, family and well-wishers are invited to join the procession.

Mr Robinson said: ‘Jack was a unique boy and he is going to have a unique funeral.

‘We have got some things planned and want to give him a big send-off.’

From the home people are also invited to the church service, which starts at 1pm.

A private burial ceremony will then take place at 2pm.
