Hospitals trusts fail waiting times for bowel cancer tests

MORE than £7,000 has been raised for The Rowans Hospice from a golf day.

Portsmouth Golf Club held its annual charity day, with more than 150 golfers taking part at the Crookhorn course.

Ruth White, chief executive of the Purbrook hospice presented the prizes and thanked all the individuals and companies who contributed towards the day.

In the past 10 years, the golf club has raised more than £70,000 for the hospice.
