THE public are encouraged to get active with free gym passes to mark National Fitness Day which takes place on Wednesday, September 7.

The Gym Portsmouth, Fratton, is offering free day passes to mark the annual event.

Users will have complete access to the gym’s facilities, equipment and wide range of workout classes including circuits and body conditioning.
