MEMBERS of the Paulsgrove Re-hab Group have bade a fond farewell to a well-loved physio.
Lis Mayhew-Arnold held her last session as pulmonary physio for the group at an emotional meeting this week.
She is leaving the group to take up a new post at Solent NHS Southampton.
Following the session, she was presented with several gifts, including a bouquet of flowers from Eric Compton, chairman of the Portsmouth-based Breathe Easy group.
Breathe Easy is for people suffering from breathing-related problems such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder, and hold monthly support meetings in the city.
Lis was presented with the flowers by long-serving member Doreen Leppington, who has enjoyed seven years with the group.
Mr Compton said: ‘Lis will be greatly missed.’
