A FREE aerobics workout is just one of the fun features of a new health and well-being festival.

The team from Curves Gosport and Fareham gyms will lead the 30-minute aerobics session at midday on Saturday at Thorngate Halls, in Bury Road, Gosport.

It is aimed at anyone – from regulars to beginners.

The non-profit all-day festival will raise money for stroke, diabetes and cardiac charities.

In addition to the aerobics, it will feature stands run by local businesses, free health checks, educational talks and a competition based around health and wellbeing.

Gosport MP Caroline Dinenage is due to visit, with some children’s fun laid on as well.
