PEOPLE are being invited to dine in the dark at a restaurant to raise awareness of the everyday challenges faced by blind and partially sighted people.
Charity Open Sight is hosting the event at Lauro’s, in High Street, Fareham on November 26.
Diners will experience an evening of food, drink, and conversation without their sight.
Tessa Barrett, from Open Sight, said: ‘The idea behind the event is to give people an experience and understanding for a few short hours of what blind and partially sighted people live with every day.
‘It will be a fun event and we are expecting an evening of spills and thrills.’
Tickets cost £30. To book call (023) 8064 6388.
