CHILDREN can get fit and healthy with the LazyTown Sports Club.

Horizon Leisure, which runs leisure centres in Havant and Waterlooville, is offering weekly activity classes for youngsters aged three to eight.

The LazyTown Sports Club is based on the hit children’s television show LazyTown.

Classes encourage children to get active and promote healthy eating.

After every session children receive a health message from the show’s superhero Sportacus to take home and colour in.

Will Jones, from Horizon, said: ‘These sessions will appeal to children who love watching the characters on television.

‘They really promote some of the key messages we want to get across to parents – more exercise and healthy eating for happy kids.’

For more information on the classes in Havant leisure centre call (023) 9247 6026.
