Health professionals will be on board the Pompey bus in Commercial Road, Portsmouth, from March 26 to March 28, giving people aged 40 to 74, the NHS Health Check vouchers.
Those in the age group who haven’t previously been diagnosed for heart disease, stroke, diabetes or kidney disease, can attend.
Over the three-day event, advice and support about healthier living, including interactive learning about exercise, quitting smoking and weight management, will be given from 9am to 5pm.
