NURSES can train to become health visitors as part of a regional recruitment drive.
There are 180 health visitor training vacancies on offer across four counties, including Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
Health visitors work to improve the health and wellbeing of children and families and work in the home and community.
Successful candidates will be paid a salary while studying and receive a degree level qualification.
This is the third phase of a recruitment campaign that began last year and aims to increase the number of health visitors in the region to 815 by 2015.
