A CONTENDER from the World’s Strongest Man competition will be in Fareham at a heath, fitness and wellbeing event.
The ‘Beauty Inside and Out’ event will return for the fifth year to Fareham’s town centre on Saturday, March 30.
Fitness clubs, weight management experts and health professionals will be there from 10am to 3pm to give free help and advice on ways in which you can improve your lifestyle.
There will also be a series of strength and power demonstrations throughout the day by World’s Strongest Man contender Rob Frampton.
