GET fit and raise money for an air ambulance charity.
For the second year running, the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance is hosting the Run For It in Thruxton.
As well as the fun run course, a 10km cicuit has also been added.
People can walk, jog or run any for the routes and fundraise for another charity.
The event takes place on Sunday, September 15 at 11am.
People need to pay to register, with that money going to the charity.
