MEMBERS of an ambulance trust are being invited to an information day to find out more about the service.

South Central Ambulance Service (Scas) is hosting its first members-only events across the four counties it covers – Hampshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.

The days will be an opportunity to find out about Scas, meet some foundation trust governors and get health advice and information about the Misuse Costs Lives campaign.

It is also a wellbeing day and guests will have the chance to have their blood pressure checked.

The Hampshire event takes place on Saturday, October 20.

It is at the Winchester and Eastleigh Resource Centre, Eastleigh.

The event takes place between 10am to midday and again from 1pm to 3pm.

Members and their guests are allocated free spaces.

If you are not a member of Scas and want to join, or find out more information, then call the membership office on 01869 365126.
