Open evening offered at private eye hospital

A PRIVATE eye hospital is to open its doors to the public tomorrow.

Optegra, which is at the Solent Business Park in Whiteley, will be holding an open evening from 6.30pm to give visitors the chance to tour the hospital.

David Anderson, consultant ophthalmic eye surgeon at Optegra, will be on hand to speak to guests and will be giving a presentation on refractive laser surgery at the hospital and will be sharing his expert knowledge on eye health.

Guests will have the opportunity to chat with Mr Anderson and the experienced clinical team.

Sue Coleman, hospital manager at Solent Optegra Eye Hospital, said: ‘This open evening gives people considering eye treatment the chance to speak face to face with our eye surgeon and get to see first-hand the hospital in which procedures are performed.
