THERE’S still time to book your place on a cycle challenge that raises money for The Rowans Hospice.
The second annual Ruby Ride is on Sunday, September 15, and people can choose to take part in one of three different routes.
The ‘leisure’ route is 18 miles, and cyclists loop around Portsea Island, using cycle paths and cycle lanes on the road.
The ‘challenge’ route is 30 miles, and goes along Portsdown Hill, riding past the hospice and back to Lakeside via Portchester.
The ‘epic’ is 65 miles and is the same as the challenge route, but going through Petersfield, the Meon Valley, Wickham, and Portchester.
